Manifesto of clarity and transparency in tokenomy projects

We, peoples, living in crypto blockchain world, understand, that cryptocurrencies, initial coins and tokens offerings, all Tokenomy is a NEW BIG THING, like the Internet or mobile communication, that anyway changing the world everywhere. Among other things, it gives the hope to build the clarityfull, transparent future, without a haze, a deception generated by the opacity of fiat money monopoly. We call this future as Tokenomy.

Also, crowdfunding model, based on crypto - Initial coins/tokens offerings (ICO/ITO) give to new young projects chance to get finance from scratch, avoiding them from paddling around venture funds and angels.

We understand that this “crypto-economy” area is new, young, green and sometimes ills with childhood diseases. But we believe that he (or she :) is a talented child and we need to help hi/she grew to become a good man :).

And every team, who built the blockchain based project can swing the scales to build transparent tokenomy future or crypto jungles, inhabited with bubbles, ponzies and other sorts of scam.

And we choose the clarity.

If they choose not a pumping and dumping games in speculative trading but hold shares for a stable residual (passive) income, we declare clarity in our projects for investors, including but not limited to next steps:

For this we ready for transparency of our projects for investors. (Maybe with different levels depends on invested sum);
We ready to give them step-by-step control of financing of our projects like in DAICO and Agile/scrum investing described, that rooted basically in Agile manifesto;
We will try to satisfy their expectations and provide claimed dynamics of project development;
We will invite them to projects development and ready to integrate their ideas into a product;
We will do all necessary compliance procedures to make our incomes and operations fully legal for US SEC and|or local regulators;

As Investors:

We believe, that if teams agree with this Manifesto, they play fairly and they will do their best to the project become successful and profitable;
We understand that projects are complex and undetermined processes that executed in changing, chaotic environment;
All of it influent on the development process and can change the milestones, terms, conditions, directions of development;
And it doesn’t change our believing in team and project;
That means that we promise benevolently and fairly too, to participate in project development, to contribute our ideas to project and accept stages team’s work with responsibility and release the escrowed money as agreed in terms of projects.

New investment solutions based on DAICO

We continue working on the environment for safe investment. We already made the first implementation of the DAICO by Vitalik's Buterin concept through the integration of the ERP system, IPFS and Ethereum.

As one of the results of this work will be the creation of an escrow fund. Investors can put the money in it and take them back if the task set by the investor is not executed or accepted for execution by the team of the ICO project. The bulk of the fees will go to the endowment of this fund.

Risk-reduced ICO investing platform

Now we develop a risk-reduced ICO investing platform. This approach provides investor not only with a safe way of investing but direct influence to the ICO-projects development and growth.

The ICO team has issued tokens and started work on the project.
Investor writes (in Odoo for instance) his own ideas, wishes (in format of user story in Scrum ) or offer with desired business-functions. Why "scrum?". The main idea of “scrum” methodology is to deliver working product every “sprint” – 1-4 week work iteration.
Investor remits the sum in our DARF tokens to the escrow smart-contract. DARFs he had to bougth before.
System commits the money, the investor does not get the tokens for a while.
Other investors can see the offer, accept it and join to the the escrow.
The project team starts to negotiate the investors offers and assign the story terms and conditions - the job objective, scoup and criteria of acceptance. The progress of negotiations is fixed in the trusted distributed storage system DARFChain.
In case of team reject the user story or doesn’t accept or consider it during the time limit, investors get their money back.
If investor and team have got a deal and team has accepted user story, then money can not back to the investor but the team will not get them, untill job is accepted by investor’s side.
If team count that the job has been fulfilled, they request the smart-contract close, and investors can get this message at their wallets.
If a majority of investors (according to the sum) is agree that work is done, then smart-contract remit sum to the team and tokens - to investors. Then the team can exchange DARFs to Ether via smart-contract with a fixed price.
If the story is not accepted by investors within 3 months after the end of the period indicated by the team ("estimated implementation period"), investors return their money.

Platform advantages

Investors can directly influence the progress of the project,
They risk only small amount of money,
The team gets new ideas product development,
Investors can monitor project's traction online.

"Anti-venture" or "Post-investing" DAICO based metodology

Currently, we are developing the software and methodology that can dramatically change the Impact Investing. We call it 'post-investing'.
It can provide a full avoid of in-project risks for investors.
It is a combination of the Agile Kanban development process with the release funding mechanism based on the actual deliverables/completed user stories.
The proposal looks at the high level as the following steps:

0. Investors transfer tokens to your escrow fund;
1. The project team issues their ERC20 token on the Ethereum platform (or same):
2. The team starts their implementation project using the Agile software development methodology in our DARFChain system. On a daily basis, they write every step into the DARFCHAIN system: from finance accounting to Kanban cards movement and leads movement in the sales funnel.
3. After the month finished investors look project's traction and if the team shows good performance, all goals achieved, investors approve to buy a one-month proportion of the offered tokens and team continues to work on the next portion of user stories.

Maya Zotova-Hess - a Partner in the Crypto Fund "Dragon Swiss" - has offered to the team to discuss the point about preparation the presentation pack for the Swiss investors. The main idea of the issue was to create a short and completely full presentation material for a Swiss investors group consideration. DARF team has accepted the Maya's suggestion. We have a few work meetings last week. During the events we have filled the short product description, financial plans, the product positioning also and asked every Maya's question about the platform.

Last Friday Maya has left the Moscow and flied back to the Swiss. So we are awaiting for a fresh new from Europe for us.
